Abstract
Today, as competitions among medical institutions are more fierce in such changing environments, the top managements of hospitals are obliged to explore the ways to rationalize their hospital management for improvement of medical service quality and managerial efficiency. In such circumstances, efficient operation of the hospital information systems is perceived important, and thus, the EMR system or the core of such hospital information systems, is highlighted. Accordingly, this study aimed to find the ways to assess service and efficiency of hospital management. The model suggested by this study may well be significant in that it supplements the existing models about the relationship among information system quality, its information quality and users` satisfaction and additionally in that the intermediary effects of managerial support or self-efficacy of computer are discussed.
